“Due to the ever increasing cost of our fuel bills we decided to look at the solar solution, understanding what is was we were going to get for our money and how much it was going to cost were very much at the front of our minds, nine quotes later and we had met Pretty Green Energy, The process of enquiring was simple, as was the initial telephone conversation and site visit, Johnny’s honesty, commitment and obviously the price helped us to make our decision, once our decision had been made to use Pretty Green Energy we just sat back and watched as everything was done for us, from the scaffolders, electricians and roofers to the onsite project management, the team worked hard to ensure everything was taken care of and the fitment of our system was done to a very high professional standard and we are so pleased with the end result.
After two days our system was completed, commissioned and generating electricity, the paperwork and certification arrived within three days of completion, the job has been first rate and the engineers were brilliant.
Pretty Green Energy were very accommodating (just as you would expect) even though I kept asking them for alternative quotes for different combinations and panels nothing was too much trouble for them and they were extremely patient.
We ended up purchasing the more expensive panel but looking at the data sheets for the Sanyo 240w HIT panels it did enable us to utilise the roof space to the very optimum leaving us with a 2.88 Kw system.
Since having PV solar fitted a number of neighbours and passers-by have spoke to me about how it works etc and I have been able to explain with complete confidence and moreover I have been able to recommend Pretty Green Energy (even though Pretty Green Energy are a young company within the field of Solar PV don’t let that deter you, they are going to be a real success in solar with their attitude and commitment to the customer)Well done to all at Pretty Green Energy and keep up the good work and if you are ever passing by drop in for a cuppa.”
